There are eight distinct neighborhoods inside Golden Oak, each with its own architectural style, from Mediterranean estates and modern designs to custom colonial homes. We see portfolio loans, investment accounts used as collateral, interest-only options, and homes owned through a trust or LLC for privacy and planning. Private banks like Citi, JP Morgan, and Bank of America are often involved because they’re used to lending on unique properties like this.
