When the MICHELIN Guide arrived in Florida, it confirmed what locals already knew: Orlando's dining scene has become genuinely world-class. Earning a Michelin star is among the highest honors in the culinary world, and several Central Florida restaurants have made the list.
Among the area's Michelin-starred standouts are Capa, the rooftop Spanish steakhouse at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando; Knife & Spoon at the Ritz-Carlton, Orlando, Grande Lakes; the intimate omakase counter Soseki; Kadence, a tiny, reservation-only sushi gem; and Victoria & Albert's at Disney's Grand Floridian. The guide also recognizes a growing list of Bib Gourmand and recommended restaurants across the region. (Starred lists are updated each year, so it's always worth checking the latest guide.)
It's a delicious reason to explore Central Florida's neighborhoods — and if you'd like to live near the best of them, I'm happy to help.
