The med spa was founded in 2016 by Maegen Kennedy, PA-C, who has more than a decade in medical aesthetics and was named one of AmSpa's Top 30 Distinguished Women in Medical Aesthetics in 2023. In early 2026, the practice unified with AYA Skin, a multi-market aesthetics group — a sign of just how respected the Windermere team has become.
